All orders shipped with Australia Post are dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays.) The shipping options and associated costs will be calculated and added upon checkout.
Any international shipping cost does not include any taxes or duties applied outside of Australia. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes that may be levied by the destination country. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival if applicable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Ycharms takes no responsibility for any lost or return to sender packages due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect from your local post office.
