Change of Mind/Exchanges
We understand that sometimes, preferences may change, or decisions might be reconsidered. However, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased due to a change of mind.
We encourage our customers to thoroughly review product details, specifications, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, feel free to reach out to us before completing your order.
Returns/Refunds of damaged products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@ycharms.com.au to request a return if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix any issue.
You may be eligible for a return or refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us so we can investigate.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
